Ask Lara is a tween sitcom that dares to follow Lara and her two 'besties', Monica and Akari, on the rocky road of prepubescent girlhood. Lara is an absent-minded yet lovable twelve year-old, whose emotions run the gamut, from giddy enthusiasm to paralyzing anxiety, in a matter of seconds.
In this cleverly humorous show, Lara will connect with her viewers, through her quirky voiceovers. Pleasantly perplexed and funny, Lara's inner dialog will be illustrated in surreal animated tidbits. If a faux pas makes Lara feel insignificant, we'll see her shrink in size. When the 'dramarama' gets so overwhelming, Lara's head will explode literally!!
